In a recent turn of events, a federal lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles accusing New York Knicks owner James Dolan and media mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault.
The plaintiff, former massage therapist Kellye Croft, is seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages. Now he has broken his silence in search of justice and accountability. The lawsuit alleges that Dolan forced Croft to have sex without her consent. It is further alleged that Dolan arranged a meeting between Croft and Weinstein, who then sexually assaulted her.
The alleged incident occurred while Croft was working as a licensed massage therapist on The Eagles tour in 2013.Dolan’s attorney denied the allegations, saying the allegations were baseless.
He claims that there is strong evidence to support their position, although it is currently unknown what that evidence contains. Weinstein’s lawyer also denied the allegations.
