Leicester City are said to want to sign Stefano Sensi in the winter market and Enzo Maresca has already expressed an interest in the Inter Milan player.
Three days ago FcInterNews reported that there is a break in negotiations between the two clubs and the Foxes could consider signing him in the summer if he is available on a free transfer. The 28-year-old’s move to Leicester this month appears to be progressing if Gianluca Di Marzio’s latest report is to be believed. He says Leicester and Inter have “reached an agreement” over a move for the midfielder in a €2m deal linked to his performances and the English club’s promotion to the Premier League. Maresca’s team currently lead the championship table and are seven points ahead of second-placed Ipswich Town. Despite the two clubs reaching an agreement, Gianluca Di Marzio’s Italian international has yet to move to the King Power Stadium. The reporter adds that the Foxes “must sell” another player first to make the Sens’ move official. Once that is resolved, the midfielder’s move to Leicester should go through..
