As the 2024 Motocross of Nations (MXoN) approaches, Team USA riders Eli Tomac, Aaron Plessinger, and Cooper Webb are gearing up for one of the most prestigious events in the motocross world. The trio, each boasting impressive credentials, shared their excitement and determination to bring the Chamberlain Trophy back to the U.S. after narrowly missing out on the title in recent years.

Eli Tomac, a veteran and multi-time AMA Supercross and Motocross champion, expressed his enthusiasm for representing the U.S. again on the global stage. “It’s always a huge honor to wear the red, white, and blue at the Motocross of Nations,” Tomac said. “This event brings the best of the best from around the world, and I’m fully focused on giving it my all. We’ve come so close in recent years, and this time, we’re determined to get it done.”

Tomac, who has long been one of the dominant figures in American motocross, emphasized the significance of team chemistry and the collective drive to perform at their best. “We’ve got an incredible lineup this year with Aaron and Cooper. The key is going to be working together, staying consistent, and handling the pressure. I know we can do it,” Tomac added.

Aaron Plessinger, known for his high-energy racing style and infectious enthusiasm, echoed Tomac’s excitement. “Man, there’s nothing like representing your country at the MXoN,” Plessinger said with a grin. “The fans, the atmosphere, the intensity—it’s all next level. We’ve got a strong team, and I’m ready to battle. Last year, we showed we can hang with the best, but now it’s time to finish the job.”

Plessinger, who has made a name for himself with strong performances in both Supercross and Motocross, pointed out the importance of mental toughness in such a high-stakes event. “Everyone’s gunning for that top spot, but we’ve got the talent and the heart. It’s going to be a fight, but we’re ready for it,” he said.

Cooper Webb, a two-time AMA Supercross champion, is no stranger to high-pressure environments and thrives in competitive situations. “Motocross of Nations is one of those events that every rider dreams of winning. The energy is electric, and the competition is fierce,” Webb said. “I’ve been looking forward to this all year. We’ve got a great team dynamic with Eli and Aaron, and I’m confident we’re going to make the U.S. proud.”

Webb highlighted the unique challenges that come with MXoN, from racing on unfamiliar tracks to adapting to various conditions. “It’s not just about speed, it’s about adaptability. You’ve got to be ready for anything—rain, mud, sand, whatever. That’s what makes this event so special,” he explained.

As the 2024 edition of the Motocross of Nations draws nearer, Team USA’s riders are fully committed to bringing their best performances to the international stage. With Eli Tomac’s experience, Aaron Plessinger’s tenacity, and Cooper Webb’s grit, Team USA has its sights firmly set on reclaiming the coveted Chamberlain Trophy.

The entire motocross community will be watching as these three stars of American motocross look to deliver a championship-winning performance and bring the title back to the U.S. after several years of near misses. Fans are already buzzing with anticipation, hopeful that Team USA can reclaim their place at the top of the sport.
