I Think These Couples Should Join 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 3 — Their Relationships Need Some Serious Help!
TLC’s 90 Day: The Last Resort has become the ultimate therapy couch for the franchise’s most troubled couples. Season after season, fans watch as pairs try to salvage their rocky relationships through tough conversations, emotional breakthroughs, and, sometimes, complete meltdowns.
With Season 3 on the horizon (and fans already making predictions), I couldn’t help but put together a list of couples I believe really need a one-way ticket to The Last Resort. Their relationships are messy, dramatic, and hanging on by a thread which, let’s be honest, makes perfect reality TV.
1. Gino & Jasmine (Before the 90 Days / Happily Ever After)
At this point, it’s clear: love isn’t their only problem, trust, control, and miscommunication are constant guests in their relationship. From secret messages to explosive arguments about family and finances, it’s hard to imagine how they’re surviving without therapy. The Last Resort could finally give them the neutral ground they desperately need.
2. Angela & Michael (90 Day Fiancé / Happily Ever After)
Is it even a 90 Day conversation if Angela and Michael aren’t mentioned? Despite countless breakups, make-ups, and social media wars, these two are still “together” (somehow). If anyone needs a deep dive with the show’s experts, it’s this pair. Can love really conquer distance, cheating scandals, and shouting matches? The Last Resort could give us the answers.
3. Kalani & Dallas (The Last Resort Season 1 Follow-Up)
Kalani and Asuelu might be over, but her new romance with Dallas seems like it’s moving at lightning speed. Fans only got a taste of their connection, but jumping into another serious relationship after years of marital issues could be risky. Wouldn’t it be interesting to see Kalani and Dallas tackle their new relationship in the Last Resort spotlight?
4. Rob & Sophie (90 Day Fiancé Season 10)
If toxic patterns were a sport, Rob and Sophie would have Olympic medals by now. Their rollercoaster romance featured broken trust, emotional manipulation, and more red flags than a Formula 1 race. Therapy could either make them stronger or finally help them part ways for good.
5. Brandon & Julia (90 Day Fiancé / Happily Ever After)
They may not always make headlines, but behind their “farm life fairytale” lies real tension. Between family interference, immigration stress, and differing future plans, their happy-ever-after has started to crack. Season 3 could give us a glimpse at whether they’re truly built to last.
Final Thoughts:
Whether it’s infidelity, control issues, or deep-rooted emotional baggage, these couples are prime candidates for some professional help. 90 Day: The Last Resort is all about tough truths and real work and I’d be here for every second of it if these five pairs signed up for Season 3.
